Paid Services Terms – Concord Help Center

1. Acceptance & Scope

By opting into any paid Subscription Plan or in-app purchase, you agree to be bound by these Paid Services Terms (“Pay Terms”) as well as Concord’s published Terms of Service & Community Rules and Privacy Policy. In case of conflict, provisions in the Pay Terms relating to payments and subscriptions prevail.

2. Definitions

Subscription Plan – any tier of paid access offering additional features beyond the free version.
Subscription Fee – recurring payment associated with any Subscription Plan.
Service – Concord’s app and supporting infrastructure as described in your plan.
Effective Date – when you sign-up or opt into a Subscription Plan.
In-app Purchases – non-recurring purchases (i.e. Crystals, including items acquired with Crystals and gifting of Crystals).

3. Subscription

Access to paid features under your selected Subscription Plan will begin on the Effective Date. At the end of your term, the subscription automatically renews for the same duration unless cancelled in accordance with Section 5.

4. Fees, Billing & Taxes

You agree to pay all Subscription Fees and applicable taxes using a valid payment method via Concord’s integrated payment processor.
Concord reserves the right to modify subscription fees and in-app purchase pricing. You may choose to accept the new pricing or cancel your subscription.
Upgrade fees are prorated; downgrades take effect on the next term start.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

To cancel a subscription, you must notify Concord before the start of the next term using your account settings through the subscriptions screen. Access continues until the end of the then-current term.
Concord does not issue refunds for subscriptions and in-app purchases already billed, except as required by law.

6. Proprietary Rights & License

Concord retains all intellectual property rights in the app and services. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your paid term, for internal purposes only.
You retain ownership of your own data and content. By uploading content, you grant Concord the license needed to provide the Service.

7. Confidentiality

Both you and Concord agree to keep each other’s confidential information private. Confidential information excludes publicly available data or independently developed items.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as-is” and “as available”, without any express or implied warranty. Concord does not guarantee uninterrupted access, fitness for a particular purpose, or absence of bugs.

9. Limitation of Liability

Concord and its licensors will not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages (e.g. loss of data, profit, reputation).

10. Term & Termination

The Pay Terms and all access rights continue until the earlier of (a) the end of your paid term, or (b) Concord’s termination due to breach, or for unacceptable conduct in violation of the ToS.
Upon termination, your access is revoked but your data may remain per Concord’s Data Retention Policy.

11. Changes to Pay Terms

Concord reserves the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the notification constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
