We use this information to provide our services and communicate with you via email and/or newsletters. We take our users' privacy seriously, and we will never sell your personal data to third parties.
Please note that some information on our app will be collected automatically using various tools and plugins. However, rest assured that this information is used only to improve our app's performance and user experience.
2.1. COLLECTION OF USERS’ INFORMATION
We collect information from our users when they create an account on our app and use our services. This information includes but is not limited to:
- Email address;
- Users' Apple or Google Account Information (collected automatically);
- Third-party-related information;
- Some payment-related information (processed through Google, Apple, Stripe, or Transaction Cloud);
- Any additional information relating to the users that they provide us directly through the app or indirectly through our platform or online presence such as ‘cookies’.
At Concord, we prioritize the privacy of our users. We want you to feel secure when using our service. Therefore, we want to assure you that we do not collect, see, or intercept your messages or voice and video calls.
Furthermore, we use end-to-end encryption technology to protect your privacy. This means that only you and the recipient(s) of your messages and calls can see or hear the content. No one, not even Concord, can access the content of your messages or calls. If a participating recipient reports a message, our system will verify that recipient's encryption key to decrypt the message and several (3-20) previous messages; the decrypted messages will then be sent to our Trust & Safety team for investigation purposes.
We understand how important privacy is to our users, and we take all necessary measures to ensure that your conversations remain private and secure.
