Concord is built on the idea that meaningful connection should not require surrendering your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what information we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, and what rights you have.
If you use Concord (the apps, website, and related services — collectively, the “Services”), this policy applies to you.
Concord operates globally and complies with applicable laws in the jurisdictions where we offer our Services. When legal requirements apply to a specific country or region, we will, where technically and legally feasible, limit implementation of those requirements to users within that jurisdiction rather than applying them globally by default. We do not extend region-specific compliance measures worldwide unless required by law or necessary to maintain the safety and integrity of the platform.
If you do not agree with this policy, you should not use the Services.

We retain data only as long as necessary.
While your account is active, your data remains associated with your account.
If you delete your account, your data is scheduled for deletion.
Backups may persist temporarily for security and disaster recovery purposes.
