Applies to: All users and contributors on the Concord platform as well as Concord's affiliates/partners.

🚫 Zero Tolerance for CSAE

Concord maintains a zero-tolerance policy for content or behavior that exploits or endangers children. We strictly prohibit any material, activity, or user behavior involving:

Child sexual abuse or exploitation (including imagery, grooming, or suggestive content involving minors).
Sexualization of minors (real or fictional).
Attempts to contact minors for sexual purposes or inappropriate communication.
Use of Concord to promote or distribute CSAE content.
Impersonation of minors for grooming or deceptive interactions.

Any violation will result in immediate and permanent account suspension and may be reported to local and international law enforcement agencies, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

🧠 AI & Moderation Protections

Concord integrates NovaAI™ safety protocols and human-led moderation to:

Detect and remove CSAE-related content before publication.
Monitor user reports and flag suspicious activity.
Auto-moderate chats, posts, media, and avatars using predictive safety models.
Lock or restrict accounts pending investigation when behavior violates safety thresholds.

🔞 Age Restriction & Identity Safety

Concord is strictly for users aged 18+. No minor is permitted to join or interact on the platform.
Users are required to confirm age upon registration and may be subject to age-verification protocols.
Avatars or usernames designed to mimic minors are disallowed and will be removed.

📣 Reporting & User Empowerment

To ensure community safety:

Users can report CSAE content or concerns via in-app reporting, accessible from all media, profiles, and conversations.
Reports are anonymized and prioritized for review within 24 hours.
Users may block or mute others freely and access privacy settings to manage contact and discoverability.
CSAE content or accounts may be flagged for law enforcement escalation.
