1. Acceptance & Scope
By purchasing, subscribing to, tipping, unlocking, or otherwise paying for creator content, creator memberships, or creator benefits on Concord, you agree to these Paid Creator Content Terms, Concord’s Terms of Service & Community Rules, Privacy Policy, and any payment terms shown at checkout. If there is a conflict, these Terms control for paid creator subscriptions, one-time creator purchases, tips, refunds, access, and billing.
2. Definitions
“Paid Creator Content” means paid Circle memberships, supporter tiers, paid spaces, paid messages, paid creator feed posts, one-time offers, paid roles, bundles, tips, guest tips, and related digital benefits.
“Creator” means the Circle owner or authorized person offering Paid Creator Content.
“Member” means the user purchasing, subscribing to, unlocking, or accessing Paid Creator Content.
“Subscription” means recurring paid access to a creator supporter tier or similar membership.
“One-Time Purchase” means a non-recurring payment for access to specific digital content or benefits.
“Tip” means a voluntary payment to support a Creator that does not grant access unless expressly stated.
3. Role of Concord and Creators
Concord provides the platform, access controls, checkout flow, and supporting infrastructure for Paid Creator Content. Creators are responsible for the content, benefits, descriptions, community experience, and promises they offer, subject to Concord’s rules. Concord may moderate, remove, restrict, refund, or revoke access where required by law, payment rules, safety rules, or platform policy.
4. Payment Processing
Payments may be processed by Stripe, app stores, or another payment provider depending on platform, region, purchase type, and availability. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method. Payment provider terms may also apply.
5. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
Creator Subscriptions renew automatically for the stated billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal. Access begins after successful payment or, if applicable, after a trial starts. If a payment fails, access may enter a grace period, be limited, or end.
6. Trials, Discounts, and Promotions
Creators or Concord may offer trials, coupons, promotional pricing, or limited campaigns. Trial eligibility may be limited to one use per Creator, account, campaign, payment method, or other fraud-prevention criteria. Unless cancelled before trial end, a trial may convert to a paid Subscription.
7. One-Time Purchases
A One-Time Purchase grants the digital access described at checkout, such as a paid message, paid post, role, space, or bundle. “Permanent” or “lifetime” access means access is not recurring-billed; it does not guarantee that the content, Creator, Circle, account, or Concord feature will remain available forever.
8. Tips and Guest Tips
Tips are voluntary support payments. Tips generally do not provide access, deliverables, services, Creator responses, or special treatment unless expressly stated at checkout. Tips are generally non-refundable except as required by law or at Concord’s discretion.
9. Fees, Billing, and Taxes
You agree to pay the price, taxes, and charges shown at checkout. Prices may vary by currency, region, platform, promotion, Creator settings, and payment provider. You are responsible for any taxes or charges not collected at checkout.
10. Cancellation
You may cancel a creator Subscription through Concord’s membership management tools, Stripe’s customer portal where available, app-store subscription settings where applicable, or another provided cancellation path. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund amounts already billed. Unless stated otherwise, access continues until the end of the current paid period.
11. Refund Policy
Payments for Paid Creator Content are generally non-refundable except as required by law or at the discretion of the Creator. Concord may consider refunds for duplicate charges, fraud, payment errors, unavailable content, policy violations, moderation actions, or other exceptional cases. If a refund is issued, related access, roles, entitlements, or membership benefits may be revoked.
12. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you dispute or charge back a payment, Concord may suspend or revoke the related Paid Creator Content access while the dispute is reviewed. If the dispute is resolved in your favor, access may remain revoked. If the dispute is reversed or resolved in favor of Concord or the Creator, Concord may restore access where technically and commercially reasonable.
13. Access Limits
Paid access is personal to your Concord account. You may not resell, share, sublicense, scrape, mass-download, leak, repost, or distribute Paid Creator Content outside the access granted by Concord without explicit written permission from the Creator. Technical protections may not prevent every form of copying, but violating these restrictions may result in loss of access, account action, no refund, and further legal action.
14. Content Availability
Paid Creator Content may become unavailable because a Creator deletes or archives content, changes a Circle, loses access, is suspended, ends monetization, removes a benefit, violates policy, or because Concord discontinues or changes a feature. Concord does not guarantee any Creator will continue posting, responding, maintaining a Circle, or offering the same benefits.
15. Moderation and Account Actions
If you violate Concord’s rules, are banned from a Circle, are suspended, lose account access, or are removed for safety or policy reasons, you may lose access to Paid Creator Content without refund except where required by law. Concord may also revoke access to content that becomes illegal, unsafe, infringing, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited.
16. Creator Claims and Off-Platform Promises
Concord is not responsible for off-platform promises, side agreements, giveaways, services, physical goods, investment claims, health claims, financial claims, or other Creator representations unless Concord expressly offers them. Report misleading or unsafe creator monetization activity to Concord support.
17. Intellectual Property
Purchasing Paid Creator Content gives you limited personal access to view or use the content within Concord. It does not transfer ownership, copyright, trademark rights, commercial rights, or redistribution rights.
18. Privacy and Communications
Concord may process transaction, access, entitlement, refund, dispute, support, and analytics data to provide Paid Creator Content, prevent fraud, enforce rules, and comply with law. Creators may receive limited information about purchases or membership activity where needed to operate their Circle, subject to Concord’s Privacy Policy.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
Paid Creator Content and related platform features are provided “as-is” and “as available.” Concord does not guarantee uninterrupted access, Creator performance, content quality, earnings outcomes for Creators, member satisfaction, or that any feature will remain available.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Concord will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from Paid Creator Content, Creator conduct, unavailable content, payment issues, or access changes.
21. Changes
Concord may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified where required. Continued purchase, subscription, tipping, or access to Paid Creator Content after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
